Terms & Conditions

1. The usual hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out depends on the hotel's availability and policy.
2. Room Sharing for two adults staying in one room, the extra guest(s) will be provided with an extra mattress, depending on the hotel's arrangement.
3. The itinerary will be followed as confirmed at the time of booking. Any changes requested after confirmation may be subject to availability and additional charges.
4. A date change can only be confirmed if the required hotels are available on the new date.
5. Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. If the selected hotel is unavailable, similar-standard accommodation may be offered as an alternative.
6. Expenses such as laundry, tips and other personal purchases are not included unless specifically mentioned in the booking.
7. Hotels may apply additional charges for special dinner on Christmas, New Year, festivals or other peak periods. Such charges will be communicated during booking whenever information is available from the hotel.
8. Heating facilities may vary from hotel to hotel. Room heaters, where available, provided at an additional charge as per the hotel's policy.
9. Hotel prices may vary during peak travel periods such as May, June and July. Any applicable seasonal price difference will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. 14 Days or More Before Check-in: 100% of the advance payment will be refunded.
2. 7 to 13 Days Before Check-in: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
3. 3 to 6 Days Before Check-in: The applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the advance payment.
4. Within 2 Days of Check-in: No refund will be provided.

Note: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation terms of the booking. Any bank, payment gateway or other applicable transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
