Terms & Conditions

1. Vehicle services will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary. The vehicle is not available for personal use outside the planned sightseeing and transfers.
2. During heavy snowfall or icy road conditions, regular vehicles may not be allowed on certain routes. Special snow vehicles or vehicles with suitable safety equipment may be required at an additional cost.
3. Heavy rain, snowfall, landslides, traffic restrictions or other natural conditions may affect travel plans. We will assist with possible alternatives, but delays caused by weather or road conditions are beyond our control.
4. Any other activity not mentioned, is not included.
5. Any extra waiting charges for the vehicle beyond the agreed itinerary are not included.
6. Charges for additional sightseeing or changes to the planned route will be extra.
7. Any cost caused by a change in travel plans requested by the traveller will be charged separately.
8. Any expenses caused by delays, cancellations, or situations beyond our control will be paid by the traveller.
9. Travel insurance and medical expenses are not included.

Cancellation Policy

1. 14 Days or More: 100% of the advance payment will be refunded.
2. 7 to 13 Days: 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
3. 3 to 6 Days: The applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the advance payment.
4. Within 2 Days: No refund will be provided.

Note: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation terms of the booking. Any bank, payment gateway or other applicable transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
